About the Role

Together, let’s open the doors to the future!

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising our production team in daily tasks. From supporting production staff to verifying payroll and checking issues in the field, you will have access to a wide range of tasks.

Tasks:

  • Organize and supervise floor staff

  • Ensure machines are operating properly and maintained

  • Ensure that CNESST standards are maintained and respected

  • Coordinate a priority schedule with engineering for their production requests

  • Check weekly timesheets for bi-weekly payroll

  • Train new employees

  • Perform workshop tasks, as needed

  • Evaluate, reward and discipline different behaviors

  • Other related tasks

Requirements

  • Practical

  • Able to interface with our ERP system

  • Driven by continuous improvement

  • An excellent, bilingual communicator

  • Experience in an electromechanical manufacturing environment
