About the Role

Together, let’s open the doors to the future!

In collaboration with the members of the engineering team, the software quality and testing specialist analyzes and assimilates the technical specifications of a software project and the applicable standards. They will work as part of a cross-functional team of engineers, while focusing on things such as ensuring compliance with current standards for our designs, documentations and software updates.

Tasks:

  • Estimate the effort and time required for the design, documentation, implementation and validation of software products;

  • Design and document software products according to required standards;

  • Plan and organize compliance-related activities for software documentation

  • Write internal reports related to our compliance.

  • Participate in software product design reviews.

  • Ensure documentary updates of old products

  • Define, validate and execute tests of embedded software products.

  • Maintain our CMMI certification

  • Perform field tests (North America, Europe. approx. 5-10% of the time)

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in software / computer engineering / automated production or equivalent with experience in software testing

  • Excellent level of technical documentation skills in English

  • Nice to have :

  • Experience in the railway sector

  • Knowledge of the C language

  • Knowledge of CMMI integration processes

  • Knowledge of IEEE-1558 standardized document formats

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and requirements
